Chantel was awsome and very informative. She helped us choose a variety and favorites and also the catering size salad for our party of 10! Everything was hot & fresh! In 20mins we had 5 pies and a huge salad!! Kudos

Really solid pizza and salad. I’m from NJ originally but as far as Arizona goes, this was really solid and I will go back. I had the Valentina pizza with pepperoni and honey glaze. I did do take out so can’t rate the restaurant itself.

This place is AMAZING!! There's a large outdoor seating area for when the weather is cooler - cute lights all around - and inside is nice and cozy: seating at a few low tables and a high top for a total of about 20 ... but the best seating is at the bar: sit there and you can watch them make the delicious food and watch pizza cook in the open stone oven from Italy. Now the food: we got the stuffed zucchini flowers for an appetizer and oh. my. gosh. - one of the best things I've ever had: lightly breaded stuffed with cheese - when you bite into it, the sweet taste of honey caps it off. For dinner, we had pizza - perfect for 2 people - everything is fresh: the dough, sauce, cheese - out of this world. Then for dessert we had the cookie and ice cream: a little skillet with a thick chocolate chip cookie cooked inside, topped with vanilla ice cream - and great finish. Can't wait to go back and try tber brucshtta with homemade fig jam! And I can't forget the staff: so very friendly and kind, never rushing you. Prices are reasonable, but parking is a bit tricky (street parking). On weekends, be prepared to wait, but trust me: WELL WORTH IT!

Pizza was fine, definitely overrated. We had two pizzas and the first was bland. The only thing interesting about the second was it was spicy and sweet (honey) but it was just slightly undercooked, not much browning on the top. We were definitely expecting better based on how much we had heard about the pizza here. I had a pinot noir which was boring and watery and was also strangely served in just a regular cup despite me seeing wine glasses at the bar. We did enjoy the roasted vegetable appetizer.
Service was fine, no issues there.
Atmosphere was much more casual than we were expecting. Nothing wrong with that, just don't feel like you need to get dressed up to come here.
The best pizza I have had in a while! Excellent service and love the history of the restaurant- cool ambiance.

One Mans Truth
We went there with high expectations and had a pepperoni pizza. Basically flavorless. The cheese is incredibly bland and the pizza is small....6 slices not the customary 8. We took two slices home to see if it tasted any better later when we heated it up and it was worse. Really wanted to like this place but it simply wasn't possible.
