Uhm HELLO?! THESE COOKIES ARE INCREDIBLE. I loved the staff too. Jayden and Harmon were super welcoming and were happy to see me. I got the confetti cookie, sugar cookie, and cookies and cream cookie as well as a chocolate chip ice cream cookie sandwich with “caramellionaire” or whatever and it was so dang good yall. So good. Like perfect amount of salt with sweet. Yum. Get you some.
Christian was outstanding! So many late night customer's, he was helpful and very nice.
Insomnia Cookies in Old Town Scottsdale never disappoints! Great location in Old Town, and The cookies come out warm, gooey, and insanely delicious every time.

Insomnia Cookies in Old Town Scottsdale is a brilliant and unconventional late-night bakery that never disappoints. The cookies come out warm, gooey, insanely delicious, and hot right out of the oven, made fresh. It is a perfect spot for late-night cravings, delivering molten, gooey happiness and pure, warm delight. The location in Old Town is great.
The staff is always friendly, quick, efficient, and genuinely helpful. One team member in particular is lovely, a true star who delivers exceptional customer service. She is super nice, knows her stuff, and takes the time to ensure orders are perfect, even letting customers try new flavors or sample some ice cream. This personal touch makes the interaction a memorable one.
There are lots of different options that you can’t go wrong with, including a S'mores Deluxe and a proper, thick Triple Chocolate Deluxe. Highly recommend grabbing a 6-pack or 12.
