We love both Jade Palace locations. Last night we enjoyed the Shea location and as always, the food was delicious, the service perfect, etc. Our server was Bella, who could not have been more professional nor attentive. All of our apps and entrees were perfectly prepared. I continue to give Jade Palace (Shea and PP) 5+ stars!!!! Keep up the great work. Bud McLarty

We always enjoy Jade Palace but there a small issue, the ribs appetizer were very good and then for some reason they were not, so we stopped ordering them for a while. Tried them last night and didn't care for it, for some reason they're just too tough.

Wonderful dinner. Celebrated our son in laws birthday. They were visiting from NJ and we always have dinner at Jade Palace when they or our other kids are here. We have been diners for years.

The food was wonderful. We had a variety of items and they were all very good. And the service was excellent.
There were 4 of us who all ordered different appetizers and entrees, and all enjoyed their choices. The service was also excellent, as we asked for our entrees to be held until after we had our appetizers. Our waitress checked back with us often, as did the busboy, who was also very attentive. A manager also stopped by our table to make sure we were pleased, and to see if we needed anything else. I would definitely recommend Jade Palace Shea.

The unfortunately is that I love their food. I have tried to use Uber eats with this entity twice each time failing I even called the general manager of the store on the Shea. I spoke to the general manager he assured me that they were correct the problem because Uber eats delivered an Italian dinner to our home. At a point if IShea. At a point if I own this company, I would certainly want to know what my customers feel.
