The food was wonderful. We had a variety of items and they were all very good. And the service was excellent.

There were 4 of us who all ordered different appetizers and entrees, and all enjoyed their choices. The service was also excellent, as we asked for our entrees to be held until after we had our appetizers. Our waitress checked back with us often, as did the busboy, who was also very attentive. A manager also stopped by our table to make sure we were pleased, and to see if we needed anything else. I would definitely recommend Jade Palace Shea.

The unfortunately is that I love their food. I have tried to use Uber eats with this entity twice each time failing I even called the general manager of the store on the Shea. I spoke to the general manager he assured me that they were correct the problem because Uber eats delivered an Italian dinner to our home. At a point if IShea. We've mostly always have a great experience at jade palace. We ended up not coming for the last three or four months, due to some bad service from a server who completely ignored us for the entire meal. She came over once to take the order, and never even attempted to refreshed drinks. We were also delivered a small portion when a large was ordered, and we could never flag the server down to get her attention. I even hollered from across the restaurant, and she looked directly at me, and walked to other direction. Needless to say, we love this restaurant, but the service with her was completely horrible. The bartender who we believe was promoted to manager, is always very attentive, and remembered our orders week after week as we became regulars. Unfortunately the one server who had been taking the bar area, was the reason no longer patronized this location. We decided to venture here again last night in hopes we would have a different person taking care of us, and it was a completely different experience. I believe our server's name was Mia, and very friendly, and very attentive. The food is always piping fresh, and the best chinese food in town, hands down. had been taking the bar area, was the reason no longer patronized this location. I'm not sure if something had changed over the last few months, but this was the slowest we've ever seen Jade Palace on a Saturday night. The food here is exceptional, and I've seen many people complain about the prices, but for the quality of the dishes, it is well worth it. This is the best Mongolian beef we have ever had, and my fiancé is a vegetarian, and always orders the vegetarian spring rolls, as well as mixed vegetables with white garlic sauce. She has never been disappointed with the dish, and the consistency is one of the reasons we would continue to frequent this establishment. Great service again last night from Mia, and we will continue to go here, as long as the dining experience stays consistent.

We've always enjoyed Jade Palace, but we both agreed that our most recent visit was the best yet! It was Thursday, which is the night for specials on martinis, which we both enjoyed. The egg rolls were fresh and crisp, and the entrees were extra-tasty: we shared Chicken Lo Mein and Mu Shu Pork. Both were expertly prepared and presented. The staff at Jade Palace works hard to make sure that the customers are well fed and happy! We'll be back, probably on another Thursday!
Best NY egg rolls we've had in AZ! Won ton soup is also the best we've had. We're always happy with our entrees, as well. A bit more expensive than some other Chinese restaurants, but their food is worth it!!

Real;y disappointed with the food this time. 5 of us. 2 had lettuce wraps, made with chicken, neither liked it. Seasoning was different. Egg rolls ok, however they put mini shrimp in them, I don't recall ever having shrimp in an egg roll. Potstickers were tough, hot and sour soup was just ok. 2 entrees, chicken and broccoli were very good and the scallops with mixed vegetables in a white sauce was good. I guess stay clear of appetizers?

My wife and I are from the New York Metropolitan area and miss "New York Style" (yes.... there is a "New York Style) Chinese Food. Jade Palace is authentic "New York Style". We had egg rolls (NOT skinny spring rolls that most Chinese restaurants in Arizona try to pawn off), Lo Mein, and an order each of their Shrimp with Lobster Sauce. Everything was fabulous. Do they cost more than any other Chinese Restaurant in Arizona..... YES. Is it worth the price. YES.
