We recently stopped by Jamie’s Bottle Shop in Scottsdale to pick up a few bottles of Riesling we had ordered over the phone, and the entire experience was seamless. Even though we were only there for a quick pickup, the staff’s warmth and expertise left us with an incredibly positive impression of the shop. We we really excited to come here and honestly the wine and food did not disappoint. The space is beautiful and high end. Our issue was that there was a disconnect between the intended vibe and the actual service and the music. The people working there really seemed indifferent, not really excited about the wine. The music was extremely offensive. Fortunately some other patrons asked them to change it, and they did- although somewhat begrudgingly.

Staff was friendly and helpful!!
My one negative was the music,
It was so loud that I couldn't hardly hear the staff!!
Definitely wasn't able to eat inside, way to loud!!
