I received exceptional service today from Caleb at Jersey Mike's!! Not only did he make me an amazing sandwich, he had an awesome attitude when I told him I had a feed allergy. He put on new glove and placed paper cross the prep board. Super job at customer service!! Appreciate it so much!!
Second visit in a week to a Jersey Mike’s location. Thought because of the location this one would have better service. Sadly not. Seems the young people working at these sub shops don’t have a clue or a desire for customer service. It’s just a job that has to be done and a place to hang out with their Co-Workers and talk rather than pay attention to the customer standing in front of them. Hint: that’s why you have a job. But then again many people don’t want to work...
