I received exceptional service today from Caleb at Jersey Mike's!! Not only did he make me an amazing sandwich, he had an awesome attitude when I told him I had a feed allergy. He put on new glove and placed paper cross the prep board. Super job at customer service!! Appreciate it so much!!

Not in a very convenient location difficult to get in and out of that plaza given the traffic. Bread was Stale. Not to Jersey Mike's standards. East Shea Blvd location much much better and for me worth the extra few miles. Still this location better than a Mr. Pickles sandwich.

Service was the worst thing on the planet. Some grown white lady with colorful dyed hair and awful skin acted like she has never worked a day in her life. Told me to "move down the line!" when she didn't even take my order. She visibly sighs when I asked for it Mikes way. I have no clue if she was having the worst day of her life but I would have never acted that way towards anyone. This establishment would be better if she was fired and I have never said that about any employee in an establishment I have been in ever.

Ordered delivered ok via DoorDash. Order included, and billed for avocado on my sub, but there was zero avocado on my sub. Just called the store and the guy who answered said: " oh, we were out of it, or forgot it." But they charged me for it. Irresponsible children working here: NOT recommended.

Second visit in a week to a Jersey Mike’s location. Thought because of the location this one would have better service. Sadly not. Seems the young people working at these sub shops don’t have a clue or a desire for customer service. It’s just a job that has to be done and a place to hang out with their Co-Workers and talk rather than pay attention to the customer standing in front of them. Hint: that’s why you have a job. But then again many people don’t want to work anymore since COVID. Sad.All that aside, the Club Sub on Rosemary Parm Bread was just as good as usual for Jersey Mike’s.Good location, plenty in the area.
My wife has a very severe allergy that requires us to request to have the slicer cleaned before ordering. I understand it’s an annoyance for most employees but it’s necessary. I generally expect most people to roll their eyes at the request alone. However, this time around there were 2 young guys in there who were beyond accommodating. Not only did they clean the slicer, they cleaned the entire sandwich station and were extremely careful about cross contamination. I was very impressed! That type of customer service is rare these days, well done gentlemen!! Thank you!Dietary restrictions: The sole reason for my 5 star review is because of how awesome and accommodating these two young guys were with my allergy request!

Ordered online and my order of 3 sandwiches was supposed to be ready at 2:55 stood in the shop for about 40 minutes until 3:33 when they gave me my food nothing was labeled so it was clearly rushed. Employees were inefficient but polite I guess.

Good staff. Clean store. Always polite and presentable and listen to my requests. People saying otherwise can suck a fat one. Sandwiches are always clean and not sloppy like alot of JM chains. Bunch of good kids working there, the lot of ‘em. Always hooking it up. Keep it up guys
