Not in a very convenient location difficult to get in and out of that plaza given the traffic. Bread was Stale. Not to Jersey Mike's standards. East Shea Blvd location much much better and for me worth the extra few miles. Still this location better than a Mr. Pickles sandwich.
Second visit in a week to a Jersey Mike’s location. Thought because of the location this one would have better service. Sadly not. Seems the young people working at these sub shops don’t have a clue or a desire for customer service. It’s just a job that has to be done and a place to hang out with their Co-Workers and talk rather than pay attention to the customer standing in front of them. Hint: that’s why you have a job. I received exceptional service today from Caleb at Jersey Mike's!! Not only did he make me an amazing sandwich, he had an awesome attitude when I told him I had a feed allergy. He put on new glove and placed paper cross the prep board. Super job at customer service!! Appreciate it so much!!
