This is the worst jersey mikes I have ever been too, the employees are the most unfriendly people, and don’t care about ur food at all. If I could give this 0 stars I would.

Normally a great experience. Not today. Staff barely spoke, uniforms were sloppy and the floor and every table was dirty. Trash can was overflowing. It was more important to stock chips lids and straws than to provide a clean table to eat on.Obviously the manager had today off.

Two of the sodas were out. Most of the subs were just like subway. Nothing really special except the Philly cheese steak. They need more options for kids like juice and apple slices. Subway has them beat there.

Food was very good. Seemed over priced though. In terms of service, male employee was very unprofessional. Used foul language including F-bomb behind the counter with female employee while preparing food as if no one was around. She seemed uncomfortable or annoyed with him as if he was harassing her. Won’t be coming back to this location just for that reason.

Called store because they forgot Bacon on the club sub and the person who answered said “We are all human do you need to come back for the one slice of bacon”. Anyways, Bryan or Ryan answered the phone trying to conceal is name but he claimed he was the general manager. The franchise owner should be ashamed, this place is always understaffed, messy, and nobody has a good attitude in there. They couldn’t offer any accountability and I will never be back.

Hadn't been to JM's for a while and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of bread, meats and toppings when we stopped by for lunch today. Have to add that the options for drinks impressed me by having the cream soda and root beer which are my favorites. Thanks for a great sandwich Mike.

Look at my other reviews and you'll see that I very rarely give anything less than five stars, but I just had the worst experience in this location. When we showed up and walked in the door I feel like the staff was glaring at us and we thought maybe we got there right around closing, but they were actually open for another hour and a half. When we said hi to the staff they barely even acknowledged us, when we ordered our first sandwich the bread was cut so comically bad that I don't know how they still try to serve it to us. For some reason when they finished my sandwich they decide to cut it into four pieces, I have no idea why they did that, but I ended up with little sandwich slivers.
Very busy at lunch time and employees are great and I understand it's a sandwich shop but they moved to the best of their own drum. My online pick up wasn't ready and the line was pretty long. Employees did there best to finish my order. Employees 5 stars but this location 2 stars due to workload. Maybe a new routine or new team leader to get the troops in line. Plus my order was wrong and I did not want to go back to cause more frustration to a overloaded crew.

I literally only use this location as a last resort for lunch. I’m the wait is always painful, the staff always seems like they are high or are imprisoned there, and everyone just stands around awkwardly 10+ minutes waiting for a subpar overpriced sandwich.

yo I went in this resterent because I was hungry a sandwich. I ask the npc working at the conter for a mayunase sandwich but he dint make me one. so I clogged the toilet then and asked for a normal sandwich and when I got it I chucked it at the wall and it exploded everywhere big mess Lol Rip npc worker man

Insanely rude staff. After they made my club and failed to put bacon or Mayo or anything it says it comes with besides meat and cheese, i brought the sandwich back and was rudely told I should have checked it for bacon myself at the register. Like it's my job to make sure they make the sandwiches right according to the menu!! Whoever owns this Jersey Mikes clearly has no concern for their customer based on their hiring. Won't be back!
