Every employee at this Jersey Mike’s is professional, courteous, and friendly. They also build a great sub! This is my favorite takeout spot!
Bryan was quick to answer my phone call right as 10am came around, they where very polite and nice when I explained my issues with the online ordering, they made me feel assured that my order would be ready in a very timely manner, I was really pleased with working with them. Great customer service and order accuracy! I can count on Bryan when I have to feed 20+ hungry employees.
Jersey Mikes has gone downhill.
We ordered two giant subs. Each of these cost roughly $20. Both had so little meat that it was almost entertaining.
It wasn’t always this way. And that’s why we came. I don’t know what’s happened, but it’s sad. We really used to enjoy their subs. We won’t be back.
