AI ordering at the drive up was a fail because they were out of on of the items we ordered. Food was standard for White Castle. Miss friendly employees. Everyone taking payments and handling the delivery of the food seemed beat down and unhappy.
The girl who took our order must have been new, she took our order wrong not once but twice. And our burgers were cold. They fixed our order after the second time but if the cashier is struggling that bad put her else where. Where she can benefit more because cashier is not for her.

Not sure what the draw is here, probably nostalgia. We've been here a few times now, and it just doesn't get better. I've tried a few different things on the menu, but I can't find anything I like. And their hamburger patties have holes in them! Not only is it tiny, but they remove 10% of the meat with the holes. I think we're done here.
