I was in a bit of a hurry to go home so I went to the drive-thru. I noticed the lot was pretty clean, which was good :)) I can't really speak for inside the dining room, but I trust that it was tidy. Anyway, the food is always good here, along with the quality of the drinks :DOh and the service was phenomenal. The person who took my order and charged my card had a limp but his energy and the customer service was outstanding! It's also known across the board that this person needs to become a voice actor. I honestly thought I was in for a late night promotion or something, but no. Just some free entertainment that really made my night. 10/10 recommend and definitely coming back when I'm in that part of Scottsdale.

I'm from Indiana and I was so happy to know that Arizona has a White Castle. I just moved back and wanted to try it to see if it tasted like back home. And yes! So delicious, I love the soggy taste, that's how it's supposed to be. I'm so pleased and will be visiting whenever I have a taste for them.

Not sure what the draw is here, probably nostalgia. We've been here a few times now, and it just doesn't get better. I've tried a few different things on the menu, but I can't find anything I like. And their hamburger patties have holes in them! Not only is it tiny, but they remove 10% of the meat with the holes. I think we're done here.

AI ordering at the drive up was a fail because they were out of on of the items we ordered. Food was standard for White Castle. Miss friendly employees. Everyone taking payments and handling the delivery of the food seemed beat down and unhappy.
