This place is incredible. Super efficient service, fresh and delicious food, and a team that’s always upbeat and friendly. The workers here make the experience fantastic every time — quick, accurate, and genuinely happy to help. Definitely one of the best sandwich spots around!

Chain restaurant

Jersey Mike's offers great food, but the store itself is pretty small and the service is just okay. One thing I’ve noticed is the amount of meat they put on the sandwiches—it's generous, but there tends to be too little cheese compared to the meat, making the balance a bit off Im someone who enjoys all the flavors brought out. Overall, it’s tasty, but a little tweaking in the portions would make the experience even better.

Staff is always so friendly and they always do a great job. Love the buffalo chicken sandwich. Grant is always so nice and helpful.

It was beautiful weather outside, around 76 degrees. When we walked in, it was like walking into a freezer! When we (kindly) said something to the employees, they just shrugged and said it was set for their food preservation and not customer comfort. Wow … no middle ground? It had to have been in the 60s in there. Sorry, I’d rather be comfortable. 🥶

I made an order online and it was ready when expected for pickup. I like the Italian mike's way!

Very bad the manager was nasty to my family and the sandwiches were made roung 2 times by him. I go there all the time. But not anymore. My mother in law goes there also but now because of the bad things that happened yesterday she will not anymore. I asked to speak to the owner, and he said he's not here and refused to call him about this big big problem and his attitude. NOT EVEN TO SAY SORRY NOTHING. This place will lose business, not because my family buys food there all the time. This place is being run by a very nasty guy. Yesterday he was very, very nasty

I rolled in last night 1/30/24, I had to yell to the lady making my sandwich as the music was so loud I couldn’t hear a damn thing. As she was slicing and dicing my meat I took a peep at the toppings and to my surprise we had a little visitor in the pickles. A nice curly black hair. I told her about our little friend and she grabbed it off the pickles real quick and said what else would you like on your sandwich. I said “well I would have wanted some pickles but not now” all she said was sorry and went about her way. She did not offer me new pickles without hair and charged me full price for a sandwich with lettuce. I stuck around to make sure she was going to replace the pickles and to my surprise she just started making one sandwich after another with pickles that hair had laid on. I’m no brain scientist but Yuuuuuuck. Unfortunately any of you who ate here that night and chose pickles you also got an add on bonus to your sandwich, that you were unaware of. Just know they were made very aware of the issue and proceeded to do nothing about it. Perhaps the lady working the counter enjoys hairy food and didn’t think about how gross it is to potentially choke on someone else’s short black curly hair.Hard pass on pubic hair pickles and this establishment.

Amazing customer service and consistent quality in their yummy food, despite how bust this location is. I placed an annoying order for a business lunch and called to ask for even more special instructions. Esteban went out of his way to communicate and accommodate my needs, I even heard him and the team providing great customer service to others in the background as they were looking over my order. I plan to use only this location as much as I can for meetings moving forward. Thank you again and keep up the great work, you are appreciated!
