The speakeasy connected to it is supercool as they usually are. The food at the restaurant looked amazing but it was not good. Spare ribs, deviled eggs, cornbread - no bueno. Staff was nice and ambience was decent.
Happy hour extended until 7:00 until September 1. Lots of great menu items to choose from. Always love the brisket quesadilla and sangria with summer berries. Tried the three taco plate and loved the variety of fish, brisket and bbq pulled pork. The homemade puff pastry apple pie with vanilla bean gelato was a great way to top off the meal. Our server Tory was personable and attentive. An overall excellent experience!
We went last weekend had the green chili stew they forgot the egg but served a new one with an egg. Felt it needed more flavor. Calamari was great not chewy but heavy on the salt. Trout and beans and mashed potatoes were great! Clam chowder was good but seemed like a mix of lobster bisque. Pricey - but for a special day it was nice. Thinking we needed to try the meats next time.
