It was such an unpleasant experience. The teen knew a friend of mine OUTSIDE of work, somehow she wanted to be disrespectful and decided to PURPOSELY burn my pizza, record me, and flip me off. save some time and don’t go horrible service.

This place is very consistent at being a disappointing experience. It’s my own fault because I genuinely enjoy Little Caesars pizza, when cooked thoroughly and not undercooked and borderline raw. Unfortunately, undercooked and borderline raw (and sloppy and messy) is what the end product is when ordering at this location. And don’t bother specifying, you’re pizza will be wet with sauce regardless of requested preference. I beg whoever runs this location to do something (I’ve been stupidly ordering from this location for the last two years because when done right, which is almost NEVER at Hayden/Thomas, it’s really tasty). I won’t even bother giving this place one more try. I’ve given them one too many already.

Chauncey was working tonight when I randomly stopped in to get pizza :)There was a few people in the pizza place and he worked to get everyone’s order and stay updated on everything going on. The customer service was so friendly and communicative. The fellow employees also worked very well to get my food out asap.Great experience 10/10

Jim is the most amazing worker! He was so amazing and helpful and kind! Even as they were about to close for a delivery and he was the only one there. Man deserves a raise! We need more workers like him! 5 star bc of JIM!

Came in too late for the Veteran’s day promotional deal, but the clerk offered a $5 hot and ready, as compensation for my mistake of not adhering to the specifics of the offer. Good pizza pizza, great people people.
I don't know what it is, They don't know how to make a square pie at this location. Pizza ends up deformed and unevenly cut, toppings thrown randomly on top. This location takes Little Cesars junk food to a new level.

Generally, I never have problems with Little Caesar, but this one was horrible. The food was good, besides the cheese bread which had way to much butter. I tried calling the phone 4 times for about 10 minutes and no one bothered to pick up and they were not even busy, the staff was eating in view, there were pizzas left sitting out uncovered. But besides all that, the staff was actually very friendly.
