Biryani Cafe by Masala Indian Cuisine

I ordered take out from this restaurant through uber eats and then picked up the order myself. I order two chicken tikka masala and they were both so delicious, the reason why I only gave it 3 starts is because the portions were ridiculously small, the container that brings the chicken is small but if it was at least full with chicken that would be acceptable but that’s not the case, there was 70 percent sauce on it, a bunch of onion and maybe 4 full spoons of chicken… my husband and I were quite shocked by the portion, thankfully we got a couple samosas too otherwise we would have been hungry after finishing the food, even though I understand that American portions tend to be bigger than in other countries I have lived outside of the US and the amount of chicken I was given seemed like a children’s portion 😂 needless to say, we felt cheated but at least it was very tasty.

they cancelled by uber order after accepting it. Dine experience was not great either. They complementary pani puri when they started it but made us wait even after we order other food items. And they did not give that after paid the bill.

I recently visited Masala Indian Cusine find it physically closed. Despite being listed as open on Google, the restaurant had clearly shut its doors, which was incredibly frustrating. The lack of updated information on Google caused a significant inconvenience, as I had planned my visit based on the hours listed.

The lamb and chicken tikka masala was extremely good and at a very reasonable price.

I always make it a priority to find great Indian restaurants in the cities I visit and live in; Masala Indian Cuisine did not disappoint.

I ordered the chicken mughlai, vegetable samosas, and naan. All three dishes tasted amazing and were cooked perfectly. The service was also undeniably incredible.

This is now my go-to Indian restaurant in Scottsdale.

By far one of the best Indian cuisine experiences I've ever had. New ownership as of yesterday, and while the new "Biryani Cafe" owners only complimented the prior management, they explained that they've included further authentic recipes and cooking methods, such as clay pot cooking for the Butter Chicken I ordered. As far as I currently know, this may the best Indian cuisine restaurant in the Phoenix area. Despite them working to get their new setup in place, their passion and kindness are apparent, and they absolutely deserve a try. Thank you for providing someone with cooking experience in fine dining, a memorable and honest meal; much respect to you.

Ordered from them a few times. The food was great, but they recently changed management (again) and their website had a promotion the new management wouldn’t honor. I don’t think it’s the customers fault they don’t know how to manage a site. The response was very unprofessional. Complete letdown. You’d the new management would want to retain current customers instead of wasting their time.

New. Owners need TRAINING on how a restaurant is run. They have no clue the cook has no idea the server has no idea cashier has no idea
Sat down 5 minutes later we were asked if we wanted something to drink. We are out of Dr. Pepper we are out of a lot of drinks we are new owner.
So we got water I saw him fill the water cups from the tap water with NO ice, come on we live in AZ 1PM serving hot water.
