The music was VERY loud. After about an hour it was decreased a bit. Our service are normally great but our waiter had many tables with +6 with cocktails. We usually get the white glove service but that did not occur. The garlic truffle cauliflower had Calabrian chile sprinkled on it and I CANNOT handle heat. We exchanged it out for green beans almond one. Way undercooked. Just not an experience we were happy with at all. Please forward this to Maestros
Our first time dining at Ocean Club and what a great evening. This restaurant is fine dining at its BEST. Service was outstanding and the food was 5 stars. MJ provided us the perfect balance of attention and service.
Mike is an amazing server, and everything was fresh and delicious. Javier was intentional and detailed and stopped by a few times to ensure everything blew our expectations away.
I am writing specifically to recognize Jessica, a waitress we have been privileged to sit with on a number of occasions. She brings GREAT knowledge of the menu and a real gift of hospitality which always impresses us. Last night, for example, she worked with my date to get just the right finish on her filet mignon. I'll be requesting Jessica from now on, kudos to her.
The place looks beautiful, great service, was disappointed with dessert- the signature butter cake with blueberry was hard - may have not been fresh. Disappointed with that. I'm pretty picky when dining in expensive restaurants.
Service was not up to par for Mastros brand and the price point that we had to pay. Not attentive and waiter had too many tables.
Ocean Club has been one of our favorite places for many years, but the past few times, the food quality and the service have been lacking. The past three times we dined, my steak was not served the way I ordered it, usually cooked under. This we can usually overlook, but the service has also been slipping. The past several times we have dined, there has been a lack of attention to detail.... used plates left on the table after bread service and appetizers, no crumb catchers, lack of attention to drinks, and inattentive servers. I share this review not to discourage visitors, as the food quality is always exceptional, but in the hopes that management will take notice and tighten up on service quality.
Me pareció muy cálido el Ambiento un poco obscuro por momentos, por lo de la comida , excelente
My second visit to Mastro's (although my first at this location) was nothing short of exceptional. My mother and I vistied for their Summer of Luxury pre-fixe menu and it ws nothing short of spectacular. The experience was elevated not only by the impeccable food but also by the outstanding service provided by Michael and Bailey. From the moment we were seated, Michael and Bailey were attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. Their teamwork was seamless, ensuring our drinks were promptly refilled and every course arrived with perfect timing. What truly set them apart was their thoughtfulness during an unexpected turn of events. As inclement weather approached, Michael kept us informed with timely updates about the forecast, allowing us to focus on our meal without worry. When the storm hit, they graciously assured us it was perfectly fine to stay and wait it out, creating a welcoming and stress-free environment. Their proactive communication and hospitality turned a potentially disruptive situation into a comfortable and memorable part of the evening. The food, as expected, was phenomenal—perfectly cooked steaks and decadent sides that lived up to Mastro's reputation. But it was Michael and Bailey's exceptional service that made this visit unforgettable. Their attentiveness, combined with their care during the stormy weather, made us feel truly valued as guests. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
As always Mastros never fails. We had the most amazing experience to celebrate our family birthdays. 10/10 always perfection!

The food was very good. Highly recommend the truffle butter on any main you choose. We went for an early dinner (5:30 start) and it was an enjoyable 2 hours.
Normally I choose outstanding but last night was just good. Our waitress forgot several things and the wedge salad was too watery and the onion rings were burned. The Sea Bass was yummy and so was the broccoli and bread basket!
I've never left a bad review before, but the food was pretty bad... Oysters and fillet were spoiled, had a pungent taste and smell... We couldn't eat them, they were so bad. And $90 for five very thin strips of crab leg that were still frozen when they came out was extremely disappointing. The butter cake was super dry and hard. It was very dead inside. I wonder if they're serving old food they're not turning their food quickly enough. Really bad meal for $500.
Once again, a very enjoyable evening celebrating my birthday at Mastro's Ocean club in Scottsdale. The service was excellent and the food fantastic. They will continue to be on my rotation!
The food was great. Our waitress Carrie was the best. Nobody came by and tried to rush us at any time
