I was here with a co-worker several years ago, sitting at the bar. When I started talking with the patron beside me, the co-worker got angry, lost control, and began choking me, pulling my head side to side. Within seconds, an internal security guy who happened to be behind us went to her and pulled her off me. She was taken outside and they called a cab. I was told she attacked the first driver, and another one came for her. When I asked them to call Scottsdale police so I could file a complaint, I was told that Kierland uses private security only and that local police would not help me. So...this attacker went free and the bartender even expected me to pay her bill!! Stay away.

Is this Maestro's or a Waffle House knockoff? By far, this was the most disappointing dining experience I've ever had. Our drinks were left empty for most of the night. We were seated so close to the wait station that I could see the remnants of someone else's macaroni sitting out—and practically felt like part of the staff myself. At one point I was half-ready to grab a tray and start helping. My fork arrived bent, and it was only replaced after I flagged down a bus boy, because our waiter Michael was nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, when my boxed leftovers were returned, they weren't even handed to me—they were silently placed on the floor beside the table. After entrées arrived, there was no first touch, no check-in, nothing. Instead, servers clustered at the wait station right beside us, casually chatting and laughing while our table sat neglected. And to close out the evening, we once again had to flag someone down—this time just to bring the check—while our empty glasses still sat untouched on the table. For a restaurant that presents itself as upscale, this lack of care, attention, and basic hospitality is not only unacceptable, it's embarrassing. Maestro's completely missed the mark and delivered one of the poorest dining experiences I've ever had.

Excellent service from the time we used valet to park, welcome greeting and great service to go with the excellent food. Thanked us for dining with them and valet had our car waiting for use. What else can you ask for?. Celebrating a birthday and included a birthday surprise desert.

Outstanding service. After a little mishap with my friends going to the wrong restaurant, they still accommodate all of us even though we were about half hour late. Our servicer was absolutely amazing. Very patient & knowledgeable regarding portion size and food origins when We asked about the different oysters and the fish. Definitely recommend unfortunately we don't live in the area to go more often. But I do try to visit every time I'm in town.

We are always treated well at Oceans Club. The food is excellent as well as the service. One of our favorites.

Mastros Ocean Club is one of our favorites! It is never disappointing with it's delicious food and superb service. We were just there on a Wednesday night, and it was alive with most tables filled and live music!

The music was VERY loud. After about an hour it was decreased a bit. Our service are normally great but our waiter had many tables with +6 with cocktails. We usually get the white glove service but that did not occur. The garlic truffle cauliflower had Calabrian chile sprinkled on it and I CANNOT handle heat. We exchanged it out for green beans almond one. Way undercooked. Just not an experience we were happy with at all. Please forward this to Maestros

Our first time dining at Ocean Club and what a great evening. This restaurant is fine dining at its BEST. Service was outstanding and the food was 5 stars. MJ provided us the perfect balance of attention and service.

I am writing specifically to recognize Jessica, a waitress we have been privileged to sit with on a number of occasions. She brings GREAT knowledge of the menu and a real gift of hospitality which always impresses us. Last night, for example, she worked with my date to get just the right finish on her filet mignon. I'll be requesting Jessica from now on, kudos to her.

The place looks beautiful, great service, was disappointed with dessert- the signature butter cake with blueberry was hard - may have not been fresh. Disappointed with that. I'm pretty picky when dining in expensive restaurants.

The decor is close to the quality and flavor of the food. The staff is so professional and caters to your need. When my daughter took me there for dinner, there was a rainstorm arriving and Mike let us know we were welcome to wait until it subsided. That kindness did it for me. The wine list makes your eyes hurt, there’s so much to choose from including the food menu. But whatever you do order, you’ll wish you could replicate the pleasures of your tastebuds, soon after. It’s a bit pricey but so worth the memory.
