Tried to make a reservation online. No upgrade to sparks. Then I get an email and she is going to move me to sparks . Never responds to me emailing her or calling her back. The whole experience was not good. Terrible service , terrible food. Spent over $300

Manager was very pleasent, lily our server did her best. We celebrated a bday here and was not disappointed. Made my party run smoothly. Only thing is the playing card included in our package ran out pretty quickly but we had laser tag and bowling plus food to accompany our time. Thank you NIKKI in reservations for getting our package together

all around maverix is a great place, nothing bad to say. other than we ordered a drink from the middle bar by the games, and found a fingernail in our drink, so we took the drink back and the blonde lady bartender automatically took offense thinking we were blaming her and showed us her nails “ I don’t even have fingernails” and kept going back and forth to her manager and was extremely rude until she asked us rudely if we wanted another drunk, we told her no we just wanted her to acknowledge a nail was found and to get our money back. we had to talk to 2 managers about her because she was unprofessional and defensive right from the start.

Would HIGHLY suggest finding anywhere else to bowl in the area. Service was so bad I don't understand how the manager still has his job. The place smells like B.O and the food was extremely bland. Not worth the trip, never felt so unwelcomed at a bowling alley in my 20 years of bowling.

What happened? Haven’t been in years. Sat for 20 minutes without service. Staff just standing around. Moved areas in hopes of better service. Staff were rude and basically ignoring customers. The place was dirty. Tables not cleared or wiped down. Clearly they are understaffed and for those that are working they are overwhelmed and/or apathetic. Won’t be back and I suggest if you are there for anything other than games…find another place to eat.

Terrible service - do not bowl here! We booked multiple lanes and a food and drink package weeks in advance and when we arrived they did not accommodate us. Jonathan the manager was distasteful and empowered. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Tried to get one lane for bowling on a Tuesday night, and they would not accommodate us. Ended up going to Bowlero old town and they were more than willing. Had a great night with them.
