Lina in prize vault was very wonderful. She had awesome customer service. She was polite, friendly and most of all a delightful person. I would recommend this place and if you run into her she’ll make sure to get you right.
Brought my wife and our three daughters here and everyone had a blast. The lanes were clean and well kept, the arcade is massive, and the girls would have stayed in there all day if we let them. Food and drinks were a real step up from what you expect at a bowling alley, and the staff was friendly and got us set up quickly. Plenty of room to spread out and no long waits. Great spot for a family day out in Scottsdale.

Depending on who you get as your party coordinator, they can be super nice or nonexistent (some parties, we can't find them! as we're trying to transition to the birthday cake or laser tag!). If you get a good party coordinator, they keep coming to check on your party and your guests, they help transition smoothly between bowling, cake, laser tags, game cards, gifts, etc.
