Food was delicious and the dinning experience was pleasant. Though the ribeye is too heavy on salt. Other than that, everything else very good.

We sat outside and had a wonderful experience. Service was great. In fact, the kitchen was so prompt with our appetizers that we actually slowed down our ordering. Our server understood and without us saying anything he simply checked in to ask when we were ready to order - entree, drinks, dessert. Our only, and minor criticism, is two of our food items were a tad too salty for our liking. Purely personal presence. Otherwise the food we had was outstanding. The bread appetizer and the calamari app were actually light and not heavy, which we appreciated.

We are staying at the Omni Scottsdale Resort and had dinner at Prado. This place was amazing from start to finish. We sat on the outdoor patio next to the fire and the atmosphere could not have been more perfect. Our server was so kind, very attentive, and gave us wonderful recommendations. We ordered the calamari and the bread for starters and both were incredible. For dinner I had the braised short ribs and they were my favorite. They were so tender and full of flavor. The sea bass was also very good. The sweetest part of the night was when our server surprised us with a little dessert to celebrate our one year first date anniversary. It was adorable and it honestly made our stay feel even more special. If we stay at the Omni again we will absolutely come back to Prado for another dinner. Thank you for such a beautiful experience.

The food was very well prepared ... I had the Seafood Paella and my wife had the Spanish sea bass. Ambience was great including the resort and surrounding area. Service was spot on. About the only negative was that for some reason they did not have our reservation but the restaurant was not too crowded so all was well. Definitely highly recommend you make it out to Prado.

The paellas both didn't have the soccarat. Still tasted great but that crispy deliciousness of the soccarat brings texture and flavor that makes it a paella that I wish we received. Decor is beautiful, live music playing and too loud inside. Sat on the patio and it was just right.

Outstanding exemplary service menu selection was extensive knowledge of celiac issues with a friend they addressed with expertise the breakfast and dinner we had there were both exceptional and we would happily return!

The restaurant is very nice and the service ok. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FOOD. THIS CAN NOT BE CALLED A SPANISH RESTAURANT. Absolutely nothing but the WINE was authentic. Only the wine was GOOD , they have a great selection of Spanish Wine , No beer thou. The food , the dessert not good at all. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE your time . This is NOT Spanish food . I had been in Spain many times for many years and I had been able to tried Authentic Restaurant food and also Authentic Home made food , delicious by the way . This is not even close at all . I'd also like to mention that the manager in charge last night ( Sat Oct 18) came to talk to us withOUT our request to ask us how the food was, which is nice , well I asked him if he wanted a honest opinion , he said YES. Well after hearing me he did absolutely nothing to make us go unsatisfied or disappointed or even with the slight chance of giving his restaurant a second chance . WOW . Thank you .

Waited 35 minutes for entrees had to ask twice then the food came cold or just warm with missing veggies not the expectation for a 200.00 meal
