Food was good but not worth the price in my opinion. Service was slow and we had to ask for things numerous times. I personally would not go back. The ambiance was nice.

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. Food was amazing and they even treated us to a champagne toast and delicious dessert. Our waiter was excellent and provided us with recommendations that we absolutely loved. Definitely recommend.

Everything exceeding our expectations, except the table, but I took the liberty of changing up the seating at the table to make it a little more cozy. (moved my chair to the side of the two top so I could sit closer to my husband of 45 years. Once we were able to have a little more intimate setting, it only went up from there, and when I say up, all the way to the top, beyond outstanding. The food was impeccable, we started with a couple of tapas, grilled shrimp and the beef and lamp meatballs, a nice start to what would then be served for dinner, the beef ribs. Incredible, melt in your mouth with so much rich flavor. The potatoes and parsnips with squash was the PERFECT accompaniment. Our server, Caden, (the BEST) recommended the perfect bottle of wine, couldn't have been a better match. Caden and the serving team did a great job being present without being intruding. We closed the evening with a sweet bite, the bread pudding and the chocolate mousse, (American terms, they are much better written and described on their menu with a Spanish flare) They were both supremely presented and oooooh so good! It was a great evening! So glad we decided to dine in while staying at the property, best meal we had while in town!

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Everyone was very friendly and attentive. We happened to be there for AZ restaurant week, where participating restaurants showcase a sample of their popular dishes. It was fabulous. The flavors exploded with every bite. This turned into a great place to celebrate our special day. The atmosphere is amazing with views of Camelback Mountain and not so stuffy fine dining. This would be a great place for bringing out of town guest as well. We will be back!
The menu for Restaurant Week is the best value we have found. The ambience is our favorite of all restaurants we have visited. The food is delicious and the service is excellent. Timing of food delivery was also excellent. We were there on a Friday night and there was live music, Spanish guitar which added to the excellent evening. The only negative is the valet parking fee of $15 with no validation available for attending the restaurant.

We went to Prado during AZ Restaurant Week. It's a beautiful restaurant in a beautiful resort. They had a nice seating area with an instrumental guitarist playing while we waited for the table. The service was really impeccable - they took very good care of us - told us we were "family". The brussel sprouts and octopus were very good - portions were good sized for appetizers! Between the group of six, we did get the chicken, salmon and hanger steak - all great choices! Dessert was the spicy flan or the vanilla pavlova - both were really great. It had such great ambiance and we had a great dinner.
