We sat outside and had a wonderful experience. Service was great. In fact, the kitchen was so prompt with our appetizers that we actually slowed down our ordering. Our server understood and without us saying anything he simply checked in to ask when we were ready to order - entree, drinks, dessert. We are staying at the Omni Scottsdale Resort and had dinner at Prado. This place was amazing from start to finish. We sat on the outdoor patio next to the fire and the atmosphere could not have been more perfect. Our server was so kind, very attentive, and gave us wonderful recommendations. We ordered the calamari and the bread for starters and both were incredible. For dinner I had the braised short ribs and they were my favorite. They were so tender and full of flavor. The sea...
The food was very well prepared ... I had the Seafood Paella and my wife had the Spanish sea bass. Ambience was great including the resort and surrounding area. Service was spot on. About the only negative was that for some reason they did not have our reservation but the restaurant was not too crowded so all was well. Definitely highly recommend you make it out to Prado.
