We are staying at the Omni Scottsdale Resort and had dinner at Prado. This place was amazing from start to finish. We sat on the outdoor patio next to the fire and the atmosphere could not have been more perfect. Our server was so kind, very attentive, and gave us wonderful recommendations. The food was very well prepared ... I had the Seafood Paella and my wife had the Spanish sea bass. Ambience was great including the resort and surrounding area. Service was spot on. About the only negative was that for some reason they did not have our reservation but the restaurant was not too crowded so all was well. Definitely highly recommend you make it out to Prado.

The paellas both didn't have the soccarat. Still tasted great but that crispy deliciousness of the soccarat brings texture and flavor that makes it a paella that I wish we received. Decor is beautiful, live music playing and too loud inside. Sat on the patio and it was just right.
