Fate Brewing Company - Scottsdale

The environment outdoors was great! I loved the vibe and the people were very nice and attentive! Most food was pretty good! I liked the meat lover pizza and the jess, but I wouldn't recommend the sticky fingers pizza unless you like the sweet honey flavor on your pizza. Pizza is $10 on Mondays which is a steal for sure!!

False Promises is the name of their Hazy IPA. The name is appropriate for this brewery. Not only was the False Promises Hazy IPA not available, their crispy wings were not remotely crispy. We had the white ale and Hefeweizen instead and they were ok. There’s no other way to put it…the wings were embarrassingly bad. My wife had The Jess pizza and thought it was pretty good. My kids had the chicken tenders and fish and chips. They thought they were decent, but the fries weren’t very good. Overall, we agreed we would never return. We had such a great experience at OHSO Brewery a few minutes away that the Fate Brewing Co experience was pretty disappointing.

Very busy and noisy. We sat at the bar and the bar tenders were move-ing! My husband said the children sandwich was the best he's ever had. I had ribs. Good but the beans were super tasty. Lots of TVs going with sports. Cute patio with heaters.

New to the Scottsdale area and learning that big corporate = mediocre..at best. Bartenders are VERY interested in each other's conversations but not so interested in an empty beer glass and filling it back up. That being said, 45 minutes for a Ruben and a Burger did not seem to bother anyone. Bar had plenty of open seats so inattentiveness was not due to lack of staff. Moving on...beers were good, food was good. Would I go back? If a group from work were meeting there? Sure. If I was looking for less corporate and less impersonal, probably would get out of the City environment and look for smaller, more attentive brewery.

I will start by saying our server was great. He really talked up the menu, and helped us to decide what to order. Unfortunately the meals definitely missed the mark. It could have just been an off day, but we had high expectations based on everything our server said.

Was told to find myself a table. Had to seek out my own menu and no one came to serve me. Left after 10 mins of sitting there. Too bad, seems like it would’ve been a good spot to enjoy a beer and food on the patio.

Brayden was an amazing server! Beer flights were good for the most part - I'd avoid the barley wine but hefen was the best tasting beer offered here. Ceviche was delicious as well.

Met up for a late dinner on a Monday, w/ no Monday night football either so I'm going to assume that's why they were totally empty. Bartender was pleasant, knowledgeable, & attentive. Baked potato soup was delish, so was the burger.. my French Dip was so-so. It was actually prepared correctly (meat was medium rare to medium, which is the whole premise of a French Dip*) but the Au Jus was lukewarm at best (but it had a good flavor).. also, the meat slices were a bit thick for my liking but it had a good flavor profile. Tater Tots were nice & crisp, done just right. The hatch beer was pretty darn good too! I would definitely visit here again.

(* A proper French Dip is served MR with HOT Au Jus.. & you dip the sandwich into the Au Jus until the meat is done to your liking, then you bite it.)

Pros: Our server did an excellent job managing a table of 10, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The bartender also impressed us with exceptionally quick ticket times.

Cons: Unfortunately, by the time we arrived at 6 PM, they were already running low on ribs for the dinner rush, and the propane in the heaters was nearly depleted. This seems to point to an ordering or inventory management issue.

The most striking proof of the irony of a restaurant that has an excellent cook but a lousy brewmaster... order whatever the food is but stick with national beer.

Rude!!! Told me to wait...and sat people that came in after me, right in front of me. They want to seat alcoholics first I guess.

I guess I did not realize how noisy our rented space would be and we could not hear each other talking even across the table

Aced It Events just hosted our VIP clients event at Fate Brewing! They loved it! Food was great and the staff is amazing ! Especially big shout out to Kerby Hansen, Director of Marketing and Events for all she did to make my event a huge success! She was able to help me source a fundamental piece of the event! She went above and beyond to help me make it a huge success!

My family and I come here every time we are in Arizona visiting family and it's always fantastic. They have great brews, great food, and always have the best service. Josh, specifically, is a hoot.

Fate Brewing Company Scottsdale is amazing! We held a wedding welcome dinner there for almost 50 people and it was perfect. The servers were so attentive and helpful taking care of everyone. The taco bar was absolutely delicious. Refills were swift and perfect. Excellent beer! From the beginning planning stages working through the details, Kerby helped us through it all. We highly recommend Fate Brewing Company Scottsdale for a fun atmosphere, delicious food, and great people!
