Terrible customer service. We arrived an hour before closing to dine-in and were met with attitude just for asking for plates (seems to be a pattern based on other reviews). Instead of giving us actual plates for our dine-in meal, they first handed us to-go boxes—for salad and pizza. I recently visited this Mod pizza place, and while the pizza itself was good—not bad, but not amazing—the experience was pretty disappointing due to the service. The manager was absolutely awful. She couldn’t muster a smile and had a really bad attitude, which made the whole atmosphere feel off. But to take away on this occasion, but I must say that the service was excellent, very helpful, perfect if you want pizza, salad or another alternative and I ordered the cauliflower dough one, it is super good because I have eaten it before, I love this franchise and where I travel I look for it from Florida, I came to Arizona and here I am enjoying a great meal thanks MOD for being everywhere
