We stayed at The Phoenician for four days. Every morning we ate at Mowry and Cotton. Everything we had was delicious. Nothing disappoints. The breakfast burrito, farm eggs with chicken sausage and toast, the huevos rancheros, avocado toast, and the frittata were all outstanding. Excellent coffee, and the orange juice is fresh. Definitely plan to go back.
I travel a ton, probably 80 nights a year away from home on business, at least. They provided the best hotel breakfast I have ever had in all my travels to over 50 countries. Absolutely outstanding bacon, huevos, rancheros, and exceptionally friendly and fast service!
The food was really good. My issues were just with the service. People work a table together, but seem scattered and disorganized on what they are doing. Also, if you order an expensive Branzino at a 5 star resort, they usually debone and filet that kind of fish in front of you. Other than that, we enjoyed it.
