I really dig this place. For me, around the valley and I have tried a # of them, this is the best Indian choice to make. It's family owned, and even this time when I dined, the server (who is the son and works the front of the house) took an interest in me, what I had brought to the table to work on while I ate. It's cool that someone makes the time to notice you, as that is lacking all around us these days. The food? I enjoy it a lot. In candor, I have found the masala-based dishes to be on the heavier side, more creamy than I like. I tend to prefer more tomato in the base, so tonight I decided to go with the yellow lentils. What a great dish. The seasoning was managed very well, the heat just right. The mango lassi--terrific. The service is quick, the inside of the restaurant just big enough to feel cozy. You can watch them cook, as the stoves and prep area are right there near the tables. Just a great experience, and one I will keep supporting as I come back to Scottsdale multiple times a year.

Best Indian food I have had outside of India, and I am very critical. Kind service, warm atmosphere. They deserve success.

We are disappointed with Namaste’s food we ordered through Doordash for delivery.
The food we received was extremely spicy even though we ordered mild in spice. No one could eat and food was wasted.
When I called the restaurant to complain, the staff behaved rudely and will not take the responsibility of the screw up!! They told me to complain to Doordash.. a good delivery service! What do they have to do with the quality of food Namaste made for us? Terribly disappointed with Namaste’s attitude!

Some of the best Indian in the valley: flavorful, spicy (if you want it) and so delicious. Family owned and they are lovely people.

Me and my husband had dinner there during our trip to Scottsdale from Canada. Food and service both are amazing.

We went here for the first time on 11/8/25 for dinner. We ordered the chicken makhani and chicken tikka masala with 2 sides of naan, it was nice that the basmati rice was included. I really loved the chicken makhani it had good flavor and was still a little bit spicy when mild which was enough. The naan was nice and fresh. Overall a good spot in Scottsdale comparable to my normal spot in Goodyear. Ordering 1 dish would be enough to split with 2 people order more if you want leftovers. Naan is always best fresh. The kitchen is open to the dining area so you can watch them cook if you want to but it does make the place warm.

On a whim drove down to Scottsdale for some N Indian food. Did NOT disappoint. The entire place was run by family, and it felt like it. The food had love in it, the service was fantastic. I wish they were closer (selfishly) but happy to make the trip and will bring everyone I can down.
Saag paneer was chefs kiss!

No photos because we ate it so fast. Very above average Indian food. Crushes North Indian cuisine. 10/10 recommend, and great for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free people.

Really authentic cooking from a family owned business. They always help me with the menu and I’ve brought different friends each time and they love it too. Love the garlic naan and coconut curry!

I can say that I have eaten here numerous times and this place never disappoints. The food is fresh, hot and with tons of flavor. This is a family establishment and can tell that they all take pride in the food and service.
It is a very clean restaurant, however if you are looking for white table cloth service this is not the place for that. Whenever I get asked where is there good Indian food in the valley, make no mistake its Namaste.
I know that the son is also going to be opening the first drive thru indian food restaurant in Arizona, Tikka Drive, and can't wait for it to open and try that as well.
