Awesome food! Pasta is perfect, flavor is amazing. I had the vodka pasta. We also ordered the focaccia bread which was a TREAT! Served with warm oil & vinegar boat with butter on top! You have to try this place!
Our service by Manny was prompt and the kitchen was quick -- the restaurant was less than half full. So they were efficient. But Manny never checked back with us on how each dish was. In fact, while all the other dishes were quite good, the filet mignon was perhaps the worst we've had anywhere! We started with mushrooms on toast which was excellent. I love Parma! I've been here a handful of times and always the same quality. We sat on the patio for dinner since there was a large party inside and all but one of the heaters were either broken or out of propane. We were surprised by this since it's only March and not crazy to still be using heaters on the patio for chilly nights in AZ. That is my only complaint about our experience - we were all pretty cold since a big storm has just rolled in during our dinner.
