Second time I ordered online and went in to get my food after sitting in the parking lot waiting for them to start making my food and they never did. So, I went in and asked them for my online order… and they finally started to make it.The places was a wreck. Every table had food and crumbs and trash on the countertops and floor. Staff was great, place was clean, the cost is up and the amount of food in the bowl was less than any other time. Huge chunk of fat was in the bowl. They are cutting every corner and leaving a few corners uncut that should be.

Quality of food going down, 3 items I usually get ( when available) completely out. The food never tastes the same. Ever.. lol. Most of the staff was talking about how they are most likely going to quit ( yelling to their friends across the room). I’m pretty scared to eat my food honestly ? the only reason I’m giving this 2 stars and not one is because I typically enjoy chipotle.
