The service was very good and the food was great. I had the ultimate chimichanga, it was huge, enough to last me a week! It came with sour cream and guacamole. The chimi was full of shredded beef. It had a nice cream sauce that was good without being overpowering. You can see by the pics i could only eat about half. The guacamole was puritan style, straight up avocado flavor, good but I make mine with garlic. The Blue Agave in my new favorite restaurant.
Love this place. I live out of state bringing my girl to college and always come. Worth the stop.

Based on the reviews, Blue Agave Mexican Cantina is a place with great food, staff, and company. The flash fried fish tacos with secret sauce are amazing, and the ultimate chimichangas are a favorite. The food is very good, with good chips and salsa, and delicious chicken enchiladas. Drinks are excellent, with margaritas that can heal any stress. The happy hour prices for drinks are awesome, and a small house margarita is good for $7. The service is top notch, with an attentive bartender and staff like Carlos who take very good care of customers. The restaurant is a wonderful spontaneous occurrence, and it never disappoints.
