We live in Prescott and came down for a doctor's appointment. First and only time at Blue Agave and it was wonderful. We had the Oaxacan tacos, carne asada and the Mexican street corn. We will happily return next time we came down to the Phoenix area.
My wife's wrap was supposed to have avocado, lettuce, beans and corn. It was basically just lettuce. The server cheerfully tool out back and had it remade.
There was more avocado this time, but an incredibly small amount of beans and corn.
