I am not a AZ local, but do find myself visiting a few times a year… and learned about this place through family. It has been my go to place for smoothies and power bowls… because of their great food, great service and convenient location. I highly recommend it.
That said, the trigger for this review was not just the great food and service I had always experienced here. I am writing this review primarily because of the random act of kindness their GM (Katt Cawthon) showed me yesterday. She could tell I had had a traumatic day, and she went out of her way to show kindness and gave my abysmal day a spark, put a smile on my face and warmed my heart.

We’re from out of town and staying near by and found this place. I asked if they could make smoothies without banana, and they recommended a few options that would work. I got the Health Nut smoothie with blueberry instead of banana and it was SO good! My husband also got the PB & J and loved it.
