My wife and I had a fantastic staycation experience at the Westin Kierland Resort over the Labor Day weekend. Everyone on staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Every night we asked for Christian to help us, and every morning we asked for Giovanni. They were both wonderful, but Giovanni was very special to us. He was a wonderful waiter, and so was Christian. They are highly valuable to you.
