Met friends of ours here for lunch Friday morning. They love Nick’s. I ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo but with penne pasta. Yum. Best Alfredo I’ve had at a restaurant. I rate an Italian restaurant by their fettuccine Alfredo. Nick’s is the top so far! Hubby ordered the pesto salmon sandwich. He said it was delicious.
Now that's pasta! Sign me up for round two please. The meal began with an ample supply of fresh bread. Next, the fettuccine, made in house, was perhaps the best pasta I've experienced in this area. The pasta gave me the sense it was recently hand-rolled, and was cooked perfectly, with a consistent noodle thickness throughout. The meatballs were juicy and delicious.
