Caesar salad was 18.00 which is the most expensive price I have paid for a Caesar salad. I guess you have to pay for the popovers and chicken broth

Our traditional lunch at NM Cafe was our last! Arrived and checked in for our reservation with host/mgr. he stated that they were very busy and out of most items on the menu. We said ok, just seat us and we'll figure it out....he walked away to prepare our table but never returned to seat us. 10min later a very nice server approached us to let us know that most food items on the menus are not available, and she apologized. So we continued to stand at the host station awaiting our table...still nothing! After about 15min we decided to take a seat at the bar. The bartender apologized to us about the lack of available food on the menu and proceeded to make our drinks....still no sign of the manager. We finished our drinks, and the bartender comped them with more apologies. Still no sign of the manager....??

We sat on the patio. There has been no attempt to make it a pleasant space. Old tile floor, no sound barriers. It was loud and very unpleasant. Food was sub par. They could take a lesson from the Honolulu NM Cafe.

Another great experience. From the free popover with strawberry butter to the payment of the check, everything was excellent. Good food, good service, clean...I'll be back.

Food and service are always excellent! We made it a tradition to dine there every Friday following Thanksgiving!

We use to live in San Diego, and would always go to NM Cafe there. We moved to Montana so nothing close to us. We go to Scottsdale AZ 0nce or twice a year and try and visit Neiman Marcus when we are there. The food and service are top notch!

I'd go there just for the popovers sith strawberry butter! The salmon tacos were phenomenal. Great service!

Not applicable- food great, ambience good- noisy, but not controllable by staff. All new waitstaff, not great, not attentive .

Such a nice patio for lunch - everything was excellent: service, ambiance & food. Popover is a favorite!

The waitress was friendly and they provided complimentary beef consommé and poppers. Great place to enjoy the weather outside or sit indoors and drink some tea or have a cocktail while shopping.

It needs a renovation. It looks old and tired and dirty. The food was only okay- not like other Neimans in other cities.

Always love the NM experience. Strawberry salad is very fresh and tastes wonderful. Of course, the popovers with Strawberry Creme are always awesome. We sat outside with the misters, and it was wonderful. Service was excellent.

My thanks to the wait staff especially Ron. who was working the bar that day. He was very pleasant , a great listener, efficient , attentive and helped step in to assist his colleague. I was there to celebrate a birthday lunch with my daughter on Saturday. She has a black pepper allergy and they were more than accommodating . Thank you NM cafe for a lovely afternoon!

I have been to this cafe many times over the years. Food and service has been consistent and enjoyable. Today was the exception. I sat at the counter as there was a long wait time for table seating. I looked forward to the popover and strawberry butter. The popover had a weird taste and the strawberry butter looked and tasted old. Ordered the chicken salad on top of salad. The only really edible thing was the scoop of chicken salad as the lettuce was old, had slimy bits in it and brown edges on lettuce leaves. I did have to dig out a hard clod of chicken which I didn’t eat that was mixed in the chicken salad. I fear that the cafe may be falling on hard times. I posted a review before this but it never showed up.

Terrible food. Consume was burnt, popovers were burnt, bread for sandwhich was stale, tuna had a weird moldy taste, and margarita was so tart. Our server was the only good thing.
