We loved our dinner at ocean 44. We came back from a ballet performance downtown Phoenix, and we could easily get a table, even at 10PM. The restaurant was still very lively. Not many places in Scottsdale seat you at that time. The food was amazing and perfectly cooked. We had salmon and scallops. Best scallops i have ever had! The service was outstanding. Efficient and friendly, but they never rushed us. Music was perfect volume, nice and you can still have a normal conversation without screaming at each other. We loved it and will be back for sure!

We celebrated our son's upcoming 18th birthday and high school graduation at our favorite restaurant. Fortunately, we were seated at our preferred table. The service was exceptional, and the food was outstanding, as always. The relaxed atmosphere made the evening perfect—nothing could have been better. My wife and I went here for our 12 year anniversary. We started with Crispy Shrimp Deviled Eggs and then shared a Basil + Herb rubbed Arctic Char, accompanied with Whipped Praline Sweet Potatoes, and Roasted Brussel Sprouts. The food and service was spectacular.
Our only letdown on the visit was that our Mastercard Gift Card our parents bought us to go out and have a nice dinner with didn’t work. Apparently their PoS system only accepts cards with a chip, so we ended up having to pay out of pocket.
Dined at Ocean 44 for a birthday/engagement celebration and everything was phenomenal. Our server Donovan rolled out the red carpet for our large party - at his suggestion, we opted for a delicious custom chilled seafood tower and even received two handwritten congratulatory notes along with complimentary dessert beignets. Highly recommend!

We LOVED EVERYTHING about Ocean 44 when we ate there for the 1st time last year for my Birthday, that we decided to go again this year for my Birthday!! We requested the SAME table, wait person, Aliah, and we even ordered the same food !! It was once again AWESOME !! Aliah makes everything so SPECIAL !! She is engaging, fun and knowledgeable....she even remembered my name and all the little details about my life that we had talked about last year !! We just LOVE Ocean 44 !!

Table for 2 ladies - Bill was over $300. We were rushed the entire time. The server, Greg, was rude and talked a mile a minute. He was patronizing and reading the menu to us as if we could not order without his help. He kept interrupting and ruined our dinner. For $300, with $35 a glass for wine and a seafood tower for $130, +sea bass and sides --- I am appalled at the service and will not return. I sent an email to the restaurant because it was so bad and they did not even respond! Gross!
