I've been trying to dine here for a long time, but was never able to get in. I finally made reservations and we were able to get in. It was definitely worth the hype 100%!! The food was delicious, the service was impeccable, and we were lucky to go during restaurant week!
The food was delicious and our server was wonderful. The only problem was that we made a reservation and it was nearly half an hour after until we were seated. That's the first time it's taken that long to be seated after reservation time at any restaurant I've been to in the last year. They did apologize and offer a free appetizer but I would have preferred to be seated sooner. I was disappointed by the response.
We happened into Olive & Ivy our first night in Scottsdale. What a wonderful find. The Crispy Brussels sprouts appetizer we both agreed were the best we have ever tasted. My wife got the Salmon Caesar Salad which she thoroughly enjoyed. I got the Shellfish Brodetto with a wonderful sauce and well prepared variety of shellfish and ink spaghetti. The T Beaumont Chenin Blanc was a great pair for all three dishes. We will make it back to Live & Ivy the eve of our return to...
