The server I had at orange sky was great. I believe his name was Charles, his server assistant was also great .The service I got from the bartender I had was not so great . He ignored me after looking directly at me. He had 3 people at the bar . So I sat in the lounge and ordered from the cocktail server , he was friendly and prompt . I did not receive a call back from the hostess to confirm my reservation that I made a week in advance and none of the requests made on my reservation were accommodated . (Private booth /champagne on the table when we arrived ) I was very clear both on line when booking the reservation and with the voicemail that I left, that paying for these requests was not a problem .All of the food was cooked nicely , temps were hit perfectly on the bison and the antelope .There was no salt in any dish we had , bison and antelope were not seasoned at all . Mac and cheese was very bland , tasted like cream, the sauce broke, and it needed salt . The coconut cake was very dry and tasted old . The burrata salad was good, but the tomato’s could have had a small sprinkle of salt.While I do think the price points are fair for what is being served , the flavors and most of the service fell way short . I don’t see myself coming back to orange sky.

We came for our 27th wedding anniversary. The food, service, view, absolutely fantastic! My husband had the Chilean sea Bass and I had the ribeye. The Brussel sprouts, Mac and cheese (omg) and Burrata were absolutely delicious. My husband loved their crab dip and cocktails!! My mouth is watering thinking about it.

Wonderful restaurant! We had a private dinner for our 16th wedding anniversary with a view overlooking the valley. The waitstaff was very attentive, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend!
Arrived at 5.43 for a 5.45 reservation - which was a set for a reason, to keep on schedule for later concert. The rude pompous maitr d asked us to stand aside for a bit. 7 minutes go by and I go up to ask him how long it will be, and he rudely says he needs to talk to another couple - (who were also irritated by him) Then another waiter takes us back, and half the tables are empty, and zero reason we should have been waiting around to be seated. Waiter was fine. Food was overpriced and average Maitre d set awful start for the evening, which was too much to overcome. 6 years ago this place was solid. Friends had told us it had gone downhill - and should have listened to them

From the moment we walked in the hosts were rude. It’s not a very welcoming environment. The food is average. I would not recommend this restaurant for a special occasion. They are missing the mark. We order a filet medium plus and it came out over cooked. 0/10

When asked what the wait was for 3, the hostess laughed at me. She then pulled up the print out of the reservations and pointed at them and asked me if I saw them. Classless. Never had that experience before! Will not be coming back.
