Normally they are outstanding. However, my filet mignon was supposed to medium and it arrived nearly raw in the middle. They corrected it with no problem. However, with the 12 minute waiting time my wife had to go ahead and start and the sides were a little cooled off by then.
Food was very good. Server was OK, no complaints or praise. The negative, was lack of any enforcement regarding the dress code. Most patrons wore proper attire, yet several showed up in Jeans, flannel shirt hanging out and wearing baseball caps. Many upscale restaurants won't allow these types to get through the door. Don't understand why Orange Sky ignores it's own policy.
My new favorite restaurant! My wife and I were at Talking Stick for a concert and decided to make a date night out of it so we got reservations at Orange Sky. The food was amazing. The people were very nice and made us feel so welcome. The atmosphere was relaxing and upscale at the same time. The views were amazing. And the price was not outrageous. The dinner ended up being even more memorable than the concert. We cannot wait to come back. Great job guys!
