I’ve seen this cute place many times while walking in and out of the Holland Center and I’ve never had a solid opportunity to pay them a visit until today! I’m so glad I did and any time I see that they’re open from now on, I will be supporting them fully. Crumb was tighter than I anticipated, however using organic grains can be tricky to get dough to expand. She was a one lady show and seemed stressed out while we were there and it was not busy at all. Nice lady, nice spot, I didn’t get a chance to try a sandwich!
The Organic Bread Cafe is a hidden gem! You can really taste the difference that 'homemade' makes; the bread has the perfect crust and a soft, airy center. We come here specifically for the sandwiches, which are always packed with flavor. You can tell they use top-tier organic ingredients. 10/10 recommendation!
