I was sure I ordered the regular multi grain bread, or house bun. But when it came it was in a wrap so I asked for it to be fixed. When he returned, he made sure to try and make me feel stupid and show me that I did in fact order the wrap. If I didn't hate that type of wrap so much I would have taken it. I still think I ordered the bread. Anyway, my point being, make the customer feel stupid! I didn't appreciate that and it makes for poor customer service! Wishing I...
