I was sure I ordered the regular multi grain bread, or house bun. But when it came it was in a wrap so I asked for it to be fixed. When he returned, he made sure to try and make me feel stupid and show me that I did in fact order the wrap. If I didn't hate that type of wrap so much I would have taken it. Lack of customer service twice now waited about 5 minutes, 3 workers in front talking to each other but fail to acknowledge the customer about to order not even "be with you in a minute" lack of professionalism

The food quality is always good but sometimes great. Tori and Maddi are extremely helpful and are honestly most of the reason that my coworkers and I go there for lunch. They know exactly what is going on and I can be assured everything will be great when they're working.
