Kristen absolutely brightened our day! She’s a true ray of sunshine behind the bar, warm, attentive, and genuinely fun to be around. Her energy sets the tone the moment you walk in. The food was fantastic too, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully done. We’ll definitely be back. ☀️🍸✨
We've eaten at P.F. Chang's many times. But this by far was the worst that we've ever eaten at. The service was terrible. The food was good, the atmosphere the same, but we will not be returning to PF Chang's Kierland. Our food did not arrive until we were ready to leave. The worst part because of our party size they added a 20% gratuity. The server did not earn that.
