Rude staff. I was initially refused my online order unless I showed proof, and when I showed them my email they got upset and said that’s not what they were looking for, turns out they thought I was a Uber driver or something when I was just trying to pick up my own personal order. Food ended up being wrong and multiple missing items. No straws and wasn’t asked if I wanted a drink carrier for my multiple drinks. Don’t go here.

Consistent good experiences here! Usually come on Saturday during the car show. Staff is friendly, store is clean and food is good. Only down side was beverages were extravagantly expensive...

Food was cold. I had Fried rice and noodles with Teriyaki chicken. Rice and noodles tastes horrible even after warming it up. Only thing hot was the Kung pao chicken.

did a mobile order and nothing i added was included. only the food. no utensils, sweet n sour sauce, or napkins. i would suggest only going inside to order because my portions seems to be half of what i would get just ordering inside too.

first I wanted to wash my hands, both bathrooms where in use for 28 minutes. when the women and men's became clear it was employees.. I find this in restaurants all the time. it becomes the break room. the restaurant seemed over staffed for the amount of people that where in to eat. I speak Spanish and the staff chatting themselves agreed. maybe management should let one at a time go. currently in my view 5 employees whine the counter and 3 having a meal as well. one employee bought their own food lol. I havent been back to this location since they closed the lobby for covid. as spring training is going on I think everyone should have their game on.

Recently came back in the food was not fully cooked. The chicken was not chewable. Everything just tasted really plain no flavoring wasn't warm. The service was fast and friendly. People are nice but definitely need to get a fresh update on keeping the food, warm and cooked and a little bit more juicy China not put as much vegetables in the chow mein as well people want bowl of vegetables.

I had put an online order in to be picked up at 10am. Yet they're open at 10am. Yet why not make the food order food first. 17mins after I'm still waiting for my food. the Manager on duty 02-11-2024 had the worst attitude about my online order. 10:20 AM STILL WAITING.

This is definitely one of the most consistent and in my opinion fastest Panda Express restaurant I’ve been to in Arizona. Whether you just zip into the drive thru or go in it’s usually about a 5 minute process. I can’t speak for peak times but I’m sure they aren’t bad either. Good job talking stick Panda Express staff!

December 30 I went through the drive-through at 6:00 PM. There was about nine people in back of us. The attendant at the window was very rude. We had to ask her for utensils, straws, etc. we were in a rush to go to a soccer game we got our food. Some of the items were not in the bag.. we were in a hurry, and could not stand in the line again. I tried calling several times. Nobody answered when we went back by the dining room was closed and they refused to open the window. I then called today and they told me there was nothing they could do for me unless I drove 36 miles to go back there. Worst customer service ever & the servings were so small we went through sonic! I don’t normally post reviews especially for 10$ but they stink!

I never leave reviews so for me to actually take the time to write this means don’t eat here. After waiting in line and paying for the meal they tell me to chill in the parking lot and come back in 15 min. That’s crazy after paying for food. I worked a lot of fast food drives when I was younger so I let it slide but then after getting my food it was the most diabolical portions I’ve seen. Long story short try another panda location.
