I believe the dude in the picture messed up the order. His teammates had good attitudes. But he appeared not to.

I have passed this Panera a few times but was unable to stop in. Last week I met someone there so I went early and wanted to try a bagel now that they have their own freezers and are getting the bagels in frozen and just pop them into an oven and that is the new Bakery/Baking. If I am wrong then Panera please let me know. Well I did not like the bagel. It was not baked long enough, the bottom, the lower half was raw. I was hungry and did not have time to when the person I was meeting was to be there.
So I will try another bagel one more time. and do another survey and see what happens.
But I have to be honest. Panera you are not a place to go for bagels. You only have them because you know there are a lot of people that like to have a bagel with their coffee.

Had the Toasted Frontega Chicken Sandwich, which was excellent. Planned to buy one of their cookies, but $5 each is too steep.

I ordered Half(salad) and Half(sandwich) yesterday which came to a hefty price of $13.98. I picked it up during my lunch break just to find out when I got to my office that the sandwich looked NOTHING like the picture on the Panera app. Now, I realize these are promotional photos but the sandwich was looking like a poor copy of it and not the slightest appealing. So I went back to Panera only to find myself in a discussion with the one who made my sandwich that he used all the ingredients that this sandwich had and that it would not look like the one on the photo. I insisted that I wanted to have the sandwich that was advertised on that pretty photo, and he once again pointed out that he couldn’t assure me it would look exactly like that. Five minutes later he gave me a new sandwich, and guess what? It looked absolutely nothing like the sandwich before. Now it looked close to the sandwich that was promoted on the app. That makes me believe people are being screwed over for an almost $7 sandwich unless they complain about it and then have to put up with someone who doesn’t take accountability for his mistake while other Panera employees stand around not making an effort to get it right for the customer - after all that’s the business they are in!
