If you are a WiFi work from home warrior, then this is good option to get out the house. There are outlets at most booths and tables, the WiFi is decent, and you can get cheap drinks by joining the Sips club. If you invest in a set of noise cancelling headphones, then you’ll be golden. Otherwise the background noise may be a little distracting.

Worst bagels ever. Hard and stale tasting that day, and the next day they were hard as a rock. Had to chisel my way into them. As far as customer service goes, I observed the customer in front of me ask the cashier a question about the menu. She said she didn’t know the answer and did not offer to find out for him. I also observed that after taking my money, she touched her hair, and then she proceeds to put gloves on without washing her hands, and then gets the bagels. Why isn’t there a sink nearby and why aren’t employees washing their hands BEFORE putting food handling gloves on? Ew.
