I swung by with mom, she needed sourdough bread. She is almost 100 yo, so we went through the drive through.
I have eaten here many times and nothing but good food and service, on top of that, it is very clean.

Panera Bread App Order with Delivery. No baguette and no straw. Called store. Store rep promised baguette straw and complimentary pastry delivery which was never delivered. I had surgery today so not in a great mood and then paying $30 for incomplete lunch was super sucky!!! It’s good that the food is so good because delivery is NOT!

This is a great location - the food is always fresh and delicious, the staff is so kind, and the dining room is always clean.
Staff is always great!! I love the convenience of picking up my online ordered sip club beverages. The problem with this location is the state of the restaurant itself. The inside is dingy and often dirty and it SMELLS bad! I think removing the carpet and replacing with tiles floor would help.

Ordered extra cheese at lunchtime and got none at all...couldn't do much about it via phone or internet at the time to correct it, so I went in next day to make it right and they had zero suggestions for refunding or remaking it correctly...they just kind of assured me they wouldn't mess it up THIS time...cool cool. Duly noted. They won't fix their errors at rush time so: don't bother at lunch or dinner if you expect what you ordered in the sealed bag...

This was my first visit to a Panera since I returned from living abroad for 7 years. I must say, the quality has really taken a turn for the worse. The bread was incredibly hard, the meat chewy, and the soup was really salty. Nothing was fresh at all. I was very disappointed. The only thing they have going for them is the friendly staff. Unfortunately, it doesn't make up for the bad food quality.
