The one star has nothing to do with staff. I went twice and ordered a 'GRILLED' cheese sandwich and got a hot chesse sandwich. Don't call it a grilled cheese if all you do is stick it in the microwave. It's called a grilled for a reason!

The drive-thru is closed more often than it is open. The inside of the restaurant is dirty and hot. The food is mediocre compared to other Panera Bread locations.

I have never written a negative review before but after I was given the wrong sandwich entirely and driving back for the correct one, the new sandwich was still wrong. The staff was just dismissive of the whole situation. Just disappointed because I love Panera

Food was good but didnt get the soup I ordered for pickup. They gave me something different. Was a bummer.
When I paid the three bucks a month I was getting rewards with soup and stuff like that but now I'm just getting drinks and pastries seriously
