Panera used to be decent for fast food. Of course they vary depending on location. This is North Scottsdale, you’d expect better. Place is run by high school kids that don’t care (understandably). Good chance the food gives you a little tummy ache. Cashiers not the brightest bulbs, and that’s an understatement.
I had Panera deliver food to my hospital room and did the delivery through the app,
meaning Panera delivered it. Luis is a 5 star Panera employee. He brought it right up to my room, made sure it stayed warm, nothing spilled or flipped over, and was so kind. Given it was late, there wasn’t hospital staff to help bring it up to my room but because of Luis, that wasn’t a worry. Thank you so much!!

Don't waste your time on the 'Ciabatta Dipper' - the dip is served in a tiny paper cup so small the sandwich won't fit in the cup. Food was good otherwise; staff friendly.
