My mother made this wonderful discovery last week just in time to celebrate our birthday dinner! The cake was so moist, delicious and addicting! It was the best rum cake I ever had and we couldn’t stop snacking on it. We finished that cake the next day! Pati’s is definitely going to be a regular for us and also as gifts and something I bring to other people’s houses. Thank you!
We had Cathy's Rum Cake first at a wedding (30 years ago - strawberry/banana) and have had them whenever we get to Arizona...they are the best cakes ever! Whether for a wedding, birthday or treat yourself :) you can't go wrong! Just wish they shipped! On the other hand - prob good they don't!
