Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

Placed an online order for pickup at the Pei Wei in Grayhawk. When I got there to pick up, the order wasn't in their system. Come to find out, I ordered to the wrong location. The man in the front of the restaurant replaced my order and had me out within 5 minutes and comped it. A big thank you to that guy for his customer service! as usual the food was very tasty!

Dine in this evening, kung pao chicken on fried rice, my wife had the coconut curry chicken. Food was excellent. The real highlight of our visit was the outstanding customer service by the manager we dealt with. He was all over it from ordering to delivering the food to the table to opening the door for us when we were leaving. Great old fashioned customer service made our evening!!!

I'm a big fan of PF Changs. It's expensive so it's only for special occasions for me. Pei Wei is less expensive and is very similar to Changs, so my wallet allows me to eat at Pei Wei more often. I'm not positive, but I think Pei Wei and PF Changs have some sort of corporate connection. I'm never disappointed at Pei Wei. I think it's great food at a decent price. In this economy anyway...🤔😑 I usually get the Kung pao chicken.

So I went here on Super bowl Sunday after a long day. Couldn't find very many establishments that were open because of Super bowl. I found this particular spot and got the Orange Chicken and Fried Wontons it was great and much better than my first experience in another location. The only thing I would change is the sweetness of the sauce it was a little much but great.

Who runs this place? None of the employees speak english? Pathetic! Order from somewhere else!

Unfortunately, I had a below expectations experience with Cindy who is a dark haired, Hispanic woman at this location. She was incredibly rude and condescending with zero customer service skill set. I had placed an online order successfully and was tired after long workday with my daughter in the car, she refused to apologize and simply gave me a printout saying my order hadn’t gone through. I had to take time and use a different credit card without any explanation. It was not up to the customer service expectations I once experienced at this store. I believe this individual should go through customer service training and understand how to empathize with the customer and offer a solution

I have been here several times over the last year, and the food is always consistently better than other restaurants in the Asian food market. It’s not even close. I also want to thank Jordy for his hospitality. Dude’s always got a positive attitude and is very friendly. That’s not something you find very often in the world.
