Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

This food was disgusting. I ordered teriyaki chicken with sauce on side and also honey seared chicken kids meal. Every other time I ordered the teriyaki chicken it came without the vegetables and so I assumed this time it would also since I couldn’t find the option to remove anything. Anyway got home and opened up food and it doesn’t look appetizing. I also noticed that the kids meal had more food in it and is half the price.
I called the store and spoke with an employee and GM. That was worthless. I’m never ordering from this place again.

Not sure if the oil needs changing or what but my honey seared chicken is a few shades browner than the advertised golden color of the honey seared chicken and there is definitely a burnt nuance going on with the mostly breading chicken pieces.

All that fresh oil chilling and my honey seared chicken still gets called orange chicken by the google photo ai. Hmm.

The Host Rachel was exceptional nice she has great customer service 👏 . Out of all the times I have been here this was the best service and food quality omg! So good great job to Rachel and the cook

I ordered the lettuce wraps and the children's Teriyaki chicken meal. Lettuce wraps tasted good, but disappointed the sauce that comes with it had about 1/4” of sauce in the container. That barely covered 2 wraps of the sauce. I am most upset the children's meal I purchased. I asked if the only way the chicken was served was the fried, as the last time we ordered the fried style the meat was severely overcooked and my son wouldn't eat it. The cashier offered to use boiled chicken, which I accepted. My food came out within a few minutes, my mistake was not checking the meal. There was NO sauce on the chicken meal. What's up with that?! I also realized at home he failed to include the beverage that comes with the meal. We did not have the ability to drive back to the store to have the meal replaced due to time constraints. 2nd visit here with cruddy food! We will not be returning! What happened? This used to be a great place!

I am amazed at how unbelievably poor the food at Pei Wei is nowadays. I know they’re just a chain, but it used to be good! I ordered the Dan Dan noodles, they were terrible. Also ordered the Mongolian beef, and I kept spitting it into the napkin for the first three bites due to poor quality of meat 🤢. I now have the lot signature orange chicken and I’m not interested at trying it. This is now my third AND FINAL time going there (specifically Grayhawk) and thinking it was just an isolated incident.

Came to have dinner at 8pm. They’re open till 9. Said they were out of white rice not Fried rice. How does a Japanese restaurant not have rice. Supper disappointed.

Been years since I have been, but food was good. They use lots of rice to fill the giant bowls. I would not get the crab wontons again. Very different taste and no crab. Service was good.

I ordered a take-out dinner. When I got there they apologized and said that they were out of that particular item. I explained that I just had a tooth pulled and I needed cooked vegetables. They assured me all the vegetables in my second choice were cooked. They had the order done in less than 5 minutes. When I started eating, I realized all of the vegetables were not even half cooked. The chicken was soft but the meal was flavorless. I had to throw it away. I'm very disappointed as we frequent this location and we've never had an issue.

We decided to eat here because last time I ate at a Pei Wei I had a great experience and I thought the food was excellent and a very good value. I hate to say that the food left us extremely disappointed. The only redeeming item was the fried rice. My steak and my son’s chicken were overcooked, dry and very tough. The sauce was very sweet and salty. My son commented that Panda Express is much better.

Placed an online order at this Pei Wei and everything was perfect! The food was fresh and delicious, the staff were kind, and the manager was very friendly and welcoming. Great experience overall—I’ll definitely be back again!

Placed an online order for pickup at the Pei Wei in Grayhawk. When I got there to pick up, the order wasn't in their system. Come to find out, I ordered to the wrong location. The man in the front of the restaurant replaced my order and had me out within 5 minutes and comped it. A big thank you to that guy for his customer service! as usual the food was very tasty!
