Whole family got food poisoning! Stay away from here!

I ordered take out. Food was ready when I arrived. The flavor of the food was very good. We had one steak and one chicken dish. The steak was pretty good. The chicken was not. Seemed very low quality. A lot of batter and not much meat. I would rather pay a few dollars more and get better quality food. I know this is a balance for the management.

Simply so awful - I have contacted their corporate office! Used to be great and now awful from order correctness to customer service!!!

So normally my dining experience here is the usual good food however last nights dinner was anything but. I got the hot honey chicken I ordered through the app it said it was tossed with some habaneros and didn't have very spicy next to it so i decided to try it and added extra protein. My husband who loves spice got the drunken noodles and added spicy to his. I get my food and the spice level was insane like I like spicy foods but I wasn't expecting to bite into chunks of habaneros I could barely eat it before my tongue was in extreme pain it's still in the fridge. My husbands food was hotter than usual too and he eats male spice than i ever would and he could barely finish his i dont know what happend but the food last night who ever was doing the spices were heavy handed idk but I still don't feel well.

If you want great tasting affordable food, I recommend this place.
Order is always right, fresh and very tasty.

Compared to other Pei wei food here just doesn't taste good ,no idea why

Normally order lettuce wraps and fried rice however the lettuce wraps seem to have very minimal chicken in them and the fried rice was burnt

Ordered a chicken fried rice & a sesame chicken with rice. Both meals were very disappointing. Sesame chicken was not crispy, very mushy. Rice was also kinda mushy. The fried rice had big chunks of chicken but very little flavor. Chicken not even browned, no egg. The crab rangoons which are usually my favorite at Chinese restaurant were also very underwhelming. Fake crab taste, not enough cream cheese. The only bright spot of the meal was a shrimp dish that my son ordered. He said it was pretty good, but nothing special. Overall I feel I wasted $60 as only half the food was eaten due to blah taste & texture.

Stopped in last Friday for the lettuce wraps man it was cooked perfect. Been a customer here for 5+yrs never had a “bad” experience.

I come to Pei Wei about 2x a month for lunch as this North Scottsdale location is close to work. I usually order General Tsao
Chicken with brown rice or the Mongolian Beef and Broccoli w brown rice. Both dishes are very tasty. All good, my only recommendation is that I wish they offered combo lunch specials which includes a beverage. I'll continue coming to Pei Wei.

normally good, but 7/24 after the power outage they surely sold me bad food. Wasted my money and got me sick

My favorite Pei Wei location. I am here right now and I appreciate how helpful and kind the staff is. I had to leave a review instantly. They take care of everyone looking for a quick and awesome lunch. The manager on duty is awesome, and he goes out of his way to pleasantly ensure that everyone enjoys their lunch with professionalism and kindness. The food is always great, too. Sensational.
