Refuse to answer phones for online orders, food quality is below sub par. This chain has gone down hill and almost every other review is about food poisoning.

Had dinner there yesterday. Hadn't been in over a year. I forgot how good it was. Plenty of choices. I had Kung Pao chicken. Excellent with the snow peas, shredded carrots 🥕 and scallions. only thing I didn't like is they only have low sodium soy sauce. I prefer the high octane stuff. Still a great place for a quick freshly prepared meal.

I have no idea what happened to this place besides that it has decreased in food quality. My husband and I both got food poisoning. I had the Pei Wei spicy chicken salad and my husband had the General Tso chicken.

I kid you not, I felt like the chicken i was eating was fake. it was so stringy. it genuinely had the texture of fake chicken which is very frightening. It took me about 24 hours to recover (we had it yesterday) and my husband got the symptoms of food poisoning early today.

Extremely upsetting and most importantly, extremely disgusting.

Updated- congrats on the new app that ruined pei wei for me. Customer service and app deal knowledge is low and completely frustrating!!

I used to live by this location and so I would come here quite often, but I haven’t been here in about a year because I live far away from a Pei Wei now. I happen to be in the area yesterday and I was trying to order through the app, I had a reward coupon, but it wasn’t letting me do it in the app so I came into the store and ordered gluten-free steak bowl with fried rice and I asked the guy with the glasses if the fried rice was gluten-free and he said yes and then he said well let me just double check, which was so so nice of him and he double checked on some form and it was really nice that he was taking the extra precaution. The food came out fast and hot, and he even brought it out to me, cause I was sitting in my car waiting for it and I’ve gotten three meals out of this 1 meal that ended up costing me about 11 bucks with a five dollar off coupon. I wish there were more locations and the guy with the glasses possibly short hair or bald head was super friendly thx again and so was the other guy working behind the cooking table!

Accidentally ordered Kung Pao with peanuts, when I'm allergic to peanuts. They made me another one without peanuts and no extra charge!

I ordered take out. Food was ready when I arrived. The flavor of the food was very good. We had one steak and one chicken dish. The steak was pretty good. The chicken was not. Seemed very low quality. A lot of batter and not much meat. I would rather pay a few dollars more and get better quality food. I know this is a balance for the management.

Simply so awful - I have contacted their corporate office! Used to be great and now awful from order correctness to customer service!!!

So normally my dining experience here is the usual good food however last nights dinner was anything but. I got the hot honey chicken I ordered through the app it said it was tossed with some habaneros and didn't have very spicy next to it so i decided to try it and added extra protein. My husband who loves spice got the drunken noodles and added spicy to his. I get my food and the spice level was insane like I like spicy foods but I wasn't expecting to bite into chunks of habaneros I could barely eat it before my tongue was in extreme pain it's still in the fridge. My husbands food was hotter than usual too and he eats male spice than i ever would and he could barely finish his i dont know what happend but the food last night who ever was doing the spices were heavy handed idk but I still don't feel well.
