On 5/19/24 around 1:30 pm I had the WORST experience here! They forgot 2 ingredients in my family’s 3 mediterranean salads we just bought. No big deal. I walk back up to the counter bringing one salad to them in case they require to see it and the woman cashier (about in her late 50’s with a foreign accent, red hair and a ponytail -if management is reading this) and younger Hispanic man with glasses and slender behind the counter start yelling at me! They wouldn’t give it to me and there was clearly not any of either ingredient in the salad. The younger Hispanic man yelled at me and said I implied he was crazy because I said they weren’t in the salad and he recalled putting them in. He said this based on me simply saying these 2 ingredients weren’t in the salad. They then refused and in front of everyone were yelling at me. I couldn’t believe it! I hope management looks at their cameras if they have them and can see how they treated me. Finally I did old them I would dispute the charge unless I got on the side the 2 ingredients the menu stated the salads had and only then I got it. Having to get so upset for nothing was really uncalled for. It’s not like I asked for free stuff, it was what the menu stated this item had. I would not go back again to that location after such a bad experience. Too many other food court choices where you don’t have to get upset to get what you paid for!

Ordered on Uber eats, huge order, no pitas. Uber eats refunded me $2. This is completely unacceptable.

Was just ok kind of food. Quantity is very less but that was more than enough as i did not enjoy it. I finished as I was hungry but nothing great about the taste.. liked the pita.I am editing my review as they responded to my review which means they do care about their customer's. Now I will definitely visit the place again n try new dish because of their response.

Their food is so yummy! I prefer the sit down restaurants but it was just as great! Hummus, potatoes, and gyros were amazing!

I have ordered a falafel pita w/o any special toppings, just „standard“ tomatoes, onion, pickles and whatever is included. One young guy was very nice and friendly so I tipped, but there is one guy with glasses (around 3pm, 3rd Sep 2023, red tshirt) who was extremly rude. I was waiting for my food - with patience. I guess they were not organized well. My food was already done and packed. Basically I was just waiting and it is a very simple task to hand it overt o a customer, right? But it was standing there and this weird guy with glasses was making me feel stupid because I did not hear what he said (it was extremly loud and hey, funny thing - I am a tourist and I was not familiar with their toppings and whatsoever). So he asked me like 2 or 3 times what kind of toppings I have ordered. Obviously I said just a simple falafel pita, why asking this question at all when it was already done? However, in front of other customers making a customer feel dumb is unprofessional and by the way, he was commenting my behavior - I was just asking. The food was really nice, the experience was bad. If you want to be in a bad mood or grumpy, feel free to go there. If want to have a nice customer experience, avoid this place. I feel sorry for his colleagues to work with this guy.

The server was very friendly, the food quality is good and very tasty. Highly recommended. Portions are okay, protein is not too much and extra chicken was pricy. Overall good experience I loved the cilantro Jalapeño!

I ordered a children's meal today at 11am ($7.55 with tax) and got the smallest amount of food (I've ordered a childs meal from here before). You get 1 protein and 3 sides, and there was less than a cup of food. When I paid, the server looked to see if I gave him a tip (I didn't, and I normally tip very well).I wish I had thought to take a photo.
