This is one of the best Philly cheesesteaks I've ever had I would rate them an 11 Elijah best server I've seen in a long time very personable

I usually love Pita Jungle and order from them all the time, but this specific location has been disappointing when it comes to the ahi tuna. It’s supposed to be seared, but both times I’ve ordered it here, it was cooked completely well-done. I even brought it up the last time I dined in, so I was hoping it wouldn’t happen again—but unfortunately, I ordered it to go this time and didn’t realize until it was too late. Sharing a photo for reference. Really hoping this can be corrected going forward.

This place has great food. BUT they screw you over on portion sizes. Spent 200+ on food for 15 people and they gave me food for 6-8 people. I highly suggest never calling this place ever

3 of us had lunch there on 4/12. none of us will go back, it was that bad. Pita bread was like cardboard. Falafel tasted like it was made long ago and just microwaved. My friends order came out 15 minutes after ours (and was comped,) but was old and dry (a chicken wrap) My other friend's lentil salad was drenched in dressing and inedible. Our server left us stating she was ill and another male server took over. Your place used to be good but it is not anymore. sad

The service was quite poor as they were understaffed and were not prepared for the number of people who were planning to eat there and go to the film festival. There was no bartender and yet they have 6 speciality cocktails on the menu. The servers had no idea what a martini was and brought some kind of carbonated drink in a water glass with ice and a straw. There was no vodka that I could taste. Our appetizer arrived with our entrees which were cold but okay. We arrived at 6:00 and left at 7:40. We spoke with a manager and explained everything and all that was taken off the bill was our drinks. It was a very disappointing experience and we will not be going back.

I have been to pita jungle multiple times but the one on shea has the worst food and poor service. I ordered a red blend wine and they didn’t have it. I ordered a burger which came barely warm. I asked for mustard and they didn’t have it and worst of all the burger which was supposed to have a slice of onion didn’t have that. Instead of slice of tomato they have a wedge of tomato. When I asked for onion they brought me some chopped pieces of onion and when i said that wasn’t a slice the waitress said we don’t have onion …. Who serves a burger like that ? Extremely disappointed

Love this place. The food is healthy and super tasty. This particular location has the fastest service of any Pita Jungle I've been to--WAY faster than the desert ridge location. The staff at super super friendly--shout out to Valerie in particular, she was awesome. Highly recommended.

The red and green hummus was so good. Ask for Greek pitas thereare make them to order.
For me it's either chicken tortilla soup or the coconut curry soup. Then a steak pita!

My family comes to phoenix 4-5 times a year, Pita Jungle has been one of their favorite restaurants. The food quality has declined considerably. 8 entres and appetizers. The only item that hadnt changed was the garlic dip however the pita was tough. We took the dip, left the pita.

We will go to the Val Vista location to see if it was an off day for the unit.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pita which was good vs non gluten free
