Great overall experience!!! Service 4/5 !!! Food 4.3 on a falafel sandwich!!! The service would have been a five, except he charged me a $1.50 extra to switch out pita bread for lavash and didn't tell me he also didn't tell me that they were going to charge me a dollar for tahini and garlic sauce !!!

Pita Jungle is always on my must-go-to spots when I’m in the area. I love their spacious patio, the easy reservation system on OpenTable and that every menu item tastes soooo good. I usually order so many dishes, I’m stuffed, but it’s so worth it. I’ve been coming to Pita Jungle for 20+ years!
Sam at the Scottsdale location was a kind and attentive server. She refilled my tea promptly so many times, accurately took my massive order and was friendly and generous, even offering to-go teas for my friend and I.
I can’t recommend this restaurant enough!

Second time eating at this Pita location next to The Plantation restaurant. We ate there on Monday, March 23, 2026 at 5:47 PM. It was fairly crowded, but still plenty of seating. You can eat inside and/or outside small patio. Ou server Renee was professional, courteous, and helpful. She was able to take ou order and get us our Skinny Chicken wraps in a reasonable time since we had to be somewhere close by 6:00 PM. Well appreciated. Highly recommend this location. Good service and good selection on the menu.. Plenty of onsite parking.

A serious incident that occurred at your Pita Jungle location on Shea. After having lunch on March 20th, I inadvertently left my credit card in the bill holder. Within three hours, unauthorized charges began appearing on my account from nearby locations, including Walmart, CVS, and Starbucks.
When I called the restaurant to report the theft, the manager (Lady manager on duty) was dismissive and showed a complete lack of concern regarding the security of my personal information. No offer was made to investigate which staff members handled the bill holder or to check internal security footage.
Furthermore, I have attempted to reach the corporate office via telephone and left a message, but I have yet to receive a return call.
I am extremely disappointed in the lack of professional accountability at both the store and corporate levels. I have already contacted my bank to report these fraudulent charges

I've enjoyed many meals at Pita Jungle. My favorite is the Mediterranean Chicken Salad, so fresh and delicious. The Jalapeño Cilantro Hummus is the BEST. Their New Thin Pita is light and delicious. They offer many different options such as, salads, wraps, bowls, plates, vegetarian, gluten free, paleo, etc. Nice vibe with indoor dining as well as a nice outdoor patio. Highly recommend.
